Holly is a NASM certified personal trainer. She participated in ballet her entire life, including professionally up until about 3 years ago. Holly also enjoys CrossFit/strength-training and ultra-running. This past October, Holly accomplished her first 100 miler ultra-marathon.
Holly loves to workout, laugh, sleep, listen to country music, and be around her family and friends. She works daily to source motivation from others and pay it forward to her personal training clients and anyone else who needs it. She believes that nothing worth having comes easy and that life’s short so we gotta get busy living (as my Dad says).
