Scott Foland

Scott has many years of high level performance in swimming, golfing and weight training. His goal is to offer clients high levels of detail in training plans through relationship coaching. He believes that relationships in training is vital to progress. By developing the client partner relationship, he is able to determine best practices for each individual athlete.

Scott has his USAT Level 1 Coaching Certificate. His passion is to develop age group athletes in sprint, Olympic and long-distance triathlon events.
