Starting with an initial consultation to outline the length of training and goals for the client, a written plan will be provided. The plan will highlight the goals and how to achieve those goals that are specifically design for the individual. Accountability calls are scheduled on an as need basis.
- 30 minute One-on-One Personal Training
- 60 minute One-on-One Personal Training
- Personal Coaching & Strength Training
- Macro-Nutrient Services – a onetime macro-nutrient formula is calculated to meet the needs of each individual client. We are capable of making adjustments on an as needed basis.
- Monthly Meal Planning – a structured plan that is detailed for meal timing and amounts for individual that need more direction in their nutrition or race day plan.
FIT STUDIO endurance coaching is a one-on-one web/phone-based coaching program for performance oriented clients who may be participating in triathlon, swimming, cycling or running events. The package includes specific fitness goals and training achievements.
- A custom training plan incorporating aerobic & strength training
- Plan adjustments to account for travel, work, family and schedule changes, etc.
- Scheduled phone call once per week, for check in & planning is suggested
- Unlimited client initiated coach contact via email & text
