Dr. Alan Zarembski practices chiropractic at Fit Studio in Franklin.
He grew up in the Chicago suburbs and graduated from National University of Health Sciences in 1999. He spent most of his career in Sacramento, where he practiced for many years and served as the official chiropractor for the Sacramento Ballet company.
His post-graduate work focused on sports injuries, neurology, adjusting techniques from low-force through to traditional, extremity adjusting, and myofascial work. In practice that has meant a wide range of cases: headache and migraine relief, sciatica, neck and lower back pain, foot, ankle, shoulder and hip injuries, and sports injuries generally. He combines adjusting with myofascial work or Rock tape to support the body’s own healing.
He has a range of adjusting styles and is happy to be asked about them. If you have a preference, or an approach that has not worked for you before, say so.
His interest is in the connection between the brain and the body through a well-adjusted spine and musculoskeletal system, and in regular adjustment as something that prevents pain and injury rather than only responding to it.
Outside the practice he is with his family, playing ice hockey, training, and kayaking.
