- What does a private training studio cost compared to a gym membership? A gym membership and coached one-on-one training are not the same purchase, so comparing the monthly numbers answers the wrong question. Here is what each one actually buys.
- What actually happens in a first personal training session? The first session is mostly assessment and conversation, not a workout designed to wreck you. Here is the order it happens in and what you need to bring.
