Personal trainer
Not published. This entry is still a draft. It is
excluded from search engines and from both sitemaps until its
status is set to active.
Marcos has been training clients for seven years, with a focus on strength and fat loss.
He grew up in Chicago and played football at Olivet Nazarene University, where he earned his degree in criminal justice. He spent four years in Indiana as a probation officer and foster care caseworker, training clients part time because he didn’t yet believe coaching could be a full-time job.
He moved to Nashville in 2024 as a federal probation officer and left in 2025 to coach full time. Since then he has trained at gyms around Nashville and with in-home training companies. Ask him for a law enforcement story. He has plenty.
Credentials: ISSA Certified Personal Trainer, CPR/AED, B.S. in Criminal Justice.
Outside the studio he is a husband and a dad of two, and a Chicago Bears fan every fall.
