Amanda Foland

Amanda is a passionate energetic woman. Her goal in training is to be able to adapt exercises for any need. She is able to create exercises that will challenge a client in order to meet a goal. Along the way to meeting that goal she learns of weaknesses or difficulties and adapts exercises to continue building strength and more efficient movements needed to overcome obstacles.


Amanda has her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and also studied Techniques of Physical Therapy. She is a Certified Personal Trainer with ACSM and Sports Nutrition Specialist with ISSA. Amanda believes that training is a service provided for a client and each client deserves her undivided attention during sessions. As a result, she can make accurate assessments and provide correction when necessary.
