Training is personal. Our physical fitness levels are solely based on the work we put in on our own time. It shows areas where we excel and areas for improvement; it is a mirror into how we need to do better for ourselves and for all those reasons, and so many more, it is why it’s my passion.
It’s also been my worst enemy at times in my life. Training is like the best friend you love so much because they tell you how it is straight up, even on the days you don’t want to hear it!
Wherever you are in your journey, what matters is you are doing it. If you are reading this, it is because you seek growth; you seek the discipline to show up when you are not feeling motivated. You want to be better for yourself and those around you whether it be walking your dog for longer, chasing your kids in the yard or beating your significant other in a sprint! Full disclosure, I will likely never beat my husband in a sprint…BUT our dogs go on great walks…balance.
And that is what I am all about. The balance of life.
