I view fitness as the gateway to empowerment during one of the most transformational times in your life. Whether you’re a life long athlete, or just beginning a workout routine, my programs focus on giving you tools for sustainable, safe and effective movement before, during and after pregnancy. My goal is to help you create a positive relationship to movement, teaching you how the benefits transfer into your daily life and activities, setting you up for life-long results.
On paper, I have 13 years of training experience, 5 of those in the pre/postnatal field, and a life of competitive athleticism before that. I’ve helped dozens of women transition into motherhood utilizing fitness as the hinge pin resulting in confidence, strength and overall empowerment. Intentional movement is incredibly powerful to the mind and body. I’d love to show you how.
