Carrie McBrayer
Carrie is a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and Certified Nutrition Coach (CNC) who feels passionate about helping others along their fitness journeys. She takes a person-centered approach to training. Her goal is to help foster insight and intrinsic motivation to keep clients on their desired training tracks.
She has a Master of Science Degree in Statistics from the University of Tennessee (UTK) and has initiated coursework toward a Master of Counseling degree at Trevecca. She holds a NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM) Informed Professional Certification.
Carrie thrives on being active outdoors with family and friends. She loves triathlon sports, soccer, mountain biking, rock climbing and kayaking. She played Division I soccer at Austin Peay State University (APSU) in Clarksville, TN. She enjoys playing pick-up soccer games and coaches youth soccer.
She has a strong desire to help others and has a big heart for those living with chronic pain. She struggled with chronic pain for a period of her life; this significantly influenced her decision to become a personal trainer.
